The storage unit we rent is just right

Access code is on the top of the map they email you, and it doesn't tell you that you have to press pound after the code to get in. You can't ask anything at the office because no one's ever there. The "virtual attendant" isn't even available at 3pm. Opened the door to my new unit and was showered with dirt that was all over the bottom of the door. Thankfully, the zip tie on the door was easily torn off, but the lock is still in plastic that needs to be cut open - would've been nice to know I needed a knife or scissors to get to it. And, again, no one in the office to help.

I recommend Bestbox in union to anyone. Daniel has been the most competent and friendly person to have helped me. He has gone above and beyond what I expected. Even letting me know that he already sent in notification on repair needing to be done prior to me coming into the office. He came to my unit after I arrived to let me know. Good to see someone cares and makes you feel safer knowing someone actually checks on things. Thank you Daniel!

Clean, easy to get to, easy to get in! Very happy with my choice. Besides, it has the best view of any facility around. I just may drag my chair out to the lot and relax looking at the view!

Needed a place to put some things in a hurry. Tried everything in Franklin County, Missouri. I found Best Box & they were able to fill a need. Brand new place, and courteous, friendly staff,(not to mention the place is brand new!)
